Thanks for the tip Dave - just back from this. Alvin looking resplendent in a cobalt velvet smoking jacket, and the book itself is going for £16 - that's £9 off the sticker price. An initial scan looks really good - loads of nostalgic photos of the evolution of Upton Park.

I think it was a pricing error. Girl told me as such and corrected the price when I went to self-service.:-( Good luck to those who got it cheaper!

Is this a lift from something that Ex magazine did a few years ago.
Someone I know who has the book reckons mine is one of the memories in the book and I don't know anything about it, but I did send something in that was published by Ex
